A city where most of the population of 680,000 is of Hispanic descent has faced a deadly shooting that took away the lives of twenty people, injuring over two dozen.

The shooting which took place at Walmart is now been treated by the Federal investigators as ‘domestic terrorism.’

The perpetrator of this ungodly act, Mr Patrick Cruisis felt that taking lives he cannot create is the best way to stop the ‘cultural and ethnic replacement brought on by an invasion.’  Presumably referring to Hispanic people in US. Forgetting there’s a God of vengeance!

“Vengeance is Mine, and retribution, in due time their foot will slip; For the day of their calamity is near, And the impending things are hastening upon them.” Deuteronomy 32:35.

“You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not murder; and whoever murders will be liable to judgment.” Matthew 5:21.

Within 13 hours of the shooting in Walmart, another shooting was reported in Ohio where nine people were killed.

29 dead in the space of 13hours! Why they feel justified to take lives, it’s not clear at all!

Comments following the attacks:

“It’s the fact he was targeting us. I’m a Mexican-American and very proud of that. To me that is the biggest wound.” Gilda Baeza Ortega

“Clearly everyone agrees that we want an orderly process for crossing a border, but when we start looking at immigrants as a threat to our country…then we’ve really got something terribly wrong.”

“We see what can happen when we start dividing people according to the color of their skin, according to their nationality, the language that they speak and whether they have documents for this country or not.” El Paso Bishop Mark Seitz

“If you look at both of these cases, this is mental illness. These are people who are very, very seriously mentally ill,” Donald Trump

“Donald Trump is responsible for this. He is responsible because he is stoking fears and hatred and bigotry.” Senator Cory Booker

“There’s no benefit here in trying to make this a political issue, this is a social issue and we need to address it as that.” Mick Mulvaney

Whatever you make of it, it’s clear that the fear of God is no longer in the hearts of men, and we need to do more to remind people that ‘The earth is the LORD’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.” Psalm 24:1
